The Liberty Conspiracy Audio Pod, for 3-18-24!

The smaller-file-size version of the show, in audio format

Our program tonight broke down the Biden Admin Oral Arguments and the questions from numerous Supreme Court Justices in the “Murthy v. Missouri” case. It’s been a long time coming, this day, and the case centers on whether the Bidenistas could “entice” or “coerce” social media platforms into censoring people and opinions on their sites. But there’s much more involved, including the threat of antitrust suits, the existence of Section 230 of the 1996 Telecommunications Act, the existence of the FCC, and the slippery question of how a government can get out it’s “most basic” messages about functioning without engaging in some kind of political expression. From the anarchist/voluntaryist POV, any government seizure of one’s money immediately creates a lost opportunity for that victim to apply his or her money/time etc, to possibly engaging in speech or funding that of others. So, it wouldn’t matter if the government “merely” were releasing a letter telling people it’s basic schedule or something else that might be seen as “not offensive” or “not combative,” the government message, by its nature, precludes individuals making decisions on what to do with their own earnings.

Check it out! We have that, and the latest on the obnoxious backing of a TikTok ban as shown by Congressman Dan Crenshaw (R-TX), who either was unaware that the US government has for decades engaged in shutting down speech, or he is aware, and he doesn’t care.
