Welcome, Fellow Conspirators!!
The colors and heat of summer are upon many of us, and I hope you’re having a great weekend!
Today, we have 20 news stories and 2 video links that pertain to your liberty. As always, feel free to read the entire Assembly, parts, then leave, returning later, etc., and to share the whole and/or the separate articles inside!
Be sure to head to Rumble or Rokfin at 6 PM eastern each M-F for the news, from Liberty Conspiracy LIVE! I try to supply as much big info to freedom fighters as I can!!
And feel free to leave a comment at the bottom of the Assembly, and you also can donate to help the Liberty Conspiracy, itself! Just visit PayPal to help out!
By the way, today, as it was last week, the browser again is not registering all those great THUMBNAILS that typically appear with the stories! I apologize about that, and I’ll keep working to get those back -- I like those!
Now, as Mario and Luigi say, “Let’s-a-GO!” :)
FIRST VIDEO LINK!
This, IMO, is essential information on the peace deal Russia was brokering with Ukraine before Boris Johnson arrived in Ukraine two years ago to scuttle it with threats from the NATO block. That agreement (which also was highly opposed by the Bidenistas) would have saved tens of thousands of lives and allowed for the security of the ethnically Russian people in the Donbass. Instead, western military contractors pockets hundreds of billions in the US, UK, and Germany (to name a few nations). Now, the news stories!
ONE!
California! It's so nice that they understand inalienable rights, isn't it? From the tax on guns that was part of the federal 1934 Firearms Act, to this, any government demand to which one must comply, else lose the legal ability to buy or own a gun? Tis an IN-FRINGE-MENT that, I seeeeeem to recall, is prohibited by something called the Second Amendment. New California firearms tax prompts Second Amendment lawsuit to block 'modern Jim Crow law' (msn.com)
TWO!
Here's one that many conservatives and libertarians (and honest leftists who know the government and international agencies have fudged data, communicated about fudging data, and more) might applaud. After all, who would want bogus claims in public school textbooks? But the better question is, what ethical person wants to mandate that his neighbor pay for public school textbooks? Ron de Santis recognizes the lack of integrity tied to the "anthropogenic climate change" movement, and his May signing of a bill that removes references to it in government documents appears to have driven this change in public school policy... But, Mr. de Santis easily also could recognize the problems inherent in the use of ill-gotten funds called taxes for anything, especially a government-run "school" system. Textbook authors told climate change references must be cut to get Florida’s OK (msn.com)
THREE!
The Stephanopoulos-Biden "interview"! Not only does Amtrak Joe indicate within the first five minutes that he doesn't remember whether he watched his own performance in that debate with El Trumpo, he lies about actual non-government jobs, praises the expansion of NATO into areas that previous Administrations promised would not happen, and soon talks about handling "wars" – when Congress hasn't Declared War since, of course, WWII. Stephanopoulos focuses on Biden's mental capacity, never addressing the lies or challenging Biden on them. Many people are focusing on Biden's "performance" here, but his egregious whoppers and grandstanding on utterly immoral, underhanded, and unconstitutional activity is far, far worse.
Asking Biden if his memory is alright will not get the questioner anywhere. This is something most people who have had relatives with memory problems know – very well. If Stephanopoulos had wanted to see if Biden has memory problems, they should have split the interview into two segments, asked questions for fifteen minutes in the first, then waited a half hour or hour, and asked Biden to tell George what they just discussed.

Didn't Adams say the city was going to have to stop this welfarism, months ago? Adams Cuts Asylum Seeker Funding Amid Migrant Debit Card Controversy (msn.com) And while we're at it, why is it that so many GOP politicians seem to go mum on the fact that it's not moral for government to take money from people and give "welfare" to ANYONE, regardless of "immigration status?" Why bother keeping the fiat cash in a bank, or holding the fiat cash in the first place? JPMorgan warns customers they may have to pay for checking accounts (nypost.com) Of course, it comes in response to the feds capping what they can charge in overdraft and other fees, so now, those expenses will hit everyone via a different vector. Just like we saw when, over a decade ago, Illinois Sen Dick Durban stopped credit card companies from charging stores the fee for using the cards, and the card companies shifted the charge to each customer... Then Durban had the gall to propose a NEW bill to stop that, portraying himself as a paladin of the customer, but not mentioning that it was his initial interference that caused the problem. Classic.

This is one of the latest from Rick Beato. See if you agree with most of his points re the way that corporations and tech have, as he sees it, devalued most recorded music.

The good people of FTL asked me to provide six segments from the week for a Friday night radio and online broadcast that is carried at 7 PM, eastern! I'm very happy to have found your news site of important stories of the week. As a former actress and married to a professional actor, I was very interested in Rick Beato's video on why music is getting worse. But I cannot agree with him that you have to bag groceries and pay a lot to appreciate music. My analysis of why modern movies are terrible I believe is also applicable to music and all the arts. It's the denial of the importance of personality in arts and also in life. For a long time, I thought CGI had ruined movies, like giving you oatmeal for dinner instead of the juicy steak of real life. However, having tried to watch any movie after 2000 and always becoming frustrated and bored, I realized that even the most B level movie in grainy black and white from the 1930s was compelling in a way that no post 2000 movie ever was, I came to the conclusion that personality matters much more than I'd understood. Personality is simply not replicable. You either have an interesting personality, or you don't. What would Gone With the Wind be without Clark Gable? Or The Godfather without Brando? Or The Sound of Music without Julie Andrews? It's why all AI art is ultimately dull and forgettable. It lacks the richness, excitement and originality of a human personality. Anyway, great website which I hope to visit as often as possible. https://www.marcycasterline.com/
Gard, good stuff as always but today, I'm feeling a little light headed. Forgive my exercise in ridiculousness. (how do you spell that anyway?) I'll jump into it in the middle and have some fun.
#4 Reminds me of the tales of FDR and how the media hid his condition from the public.
#5 Reminds me of the story of Congressman Davey Crockett's "Not yours to give" give speech he gave to Congress just two years after the War Between the States. https://thepoliticalinsider.com/200-years-ago-davy-crockett-perfectly-explained-the-limits-on-government-spending-not-yours-to-give/
#6 Large Italian...I do knew a little Italian. He worked at the Deli for years in A.J. Litteri's food store off FLA Ave in NW DC. Nice guy. Used give me and my little brother a few samples while Pop was giving him his order.
#7 I remember reading about the late Pat Hingle, having lost a finger in a bizarre accident after falling down an elevator shaft. (I forgot "bizarre" had to two "r"s-how bizarre?)
#8 Just like the Neo-Soviets who run the Democrat Party to use schisms a la carte'. Democracy is ok today for the white Neo-Soviets to use but when the American left wants to cry about Democracy and how awful it is, they trot out Al Sharpee Sharpton and call out Democracy as something put together by "those Greek Homos".
#10 You can keep the FIAT and I'll take the cash
#11 I'll bet most people don't know how to pronounce Vigano' in Eye Tie.
#12 You know, Sociology is like a hurricane over the open water. The eye wall keeps tearing itself down and rebuilds itself to a stronger storm. Eventually, the storm hit land resistance and gets rung out or it just loses it's punch and dissipates. It all depends on when it happens in your lifetime.
#13 UK? They still run us.
#14 Sounds like the makings of a USO show
#15 Go back to #5
#16 Every sword has two edges!
#17 Are those fiddlers on a hot tin roof? (I'm in rare form this morning)
I'll stop! If people still are afraid of starting over, I have to believe that it's the water and the food.
Just like in Mexico?
Yours in liberty,
