As always Gard, you put together so much great stuff. For those who think that Trump or his Agency heads, don't have the power or the right to close agencies or gut them from their own leadership positions, I would like to remind them and the few Judges who expose themselves with their illegitimate "Cease and desist" orders or "Temporary hold" orders, that they are the ones who do not have "standing" to issue such orders from the bench. For a change, Marbury v Madison and Fairfax Divessee (aka Martin) vs Hunter's Lessee, finally turn the tables on the over 200 years of abuse by the government itself. When I say "government" I mean all three branches.

I invite people of every race, creed and color to go look them up. The decisions were posted by Justice John Marshall and Joseph Story. Both men, took their vaunted and famed opinions out of the Judiciary Act of 1789 and cleaved the Constitution's description of the Judiciary's power to make decisions and themselves, rewrote the Constitution from the bench.

In the Martin v Hunter case, Joe Story spun it around from Marbury! He maintained the SCOTUS had authority to intervene and had authority over a state supreme court as opposed to Marshall saying the court had no jurisdiction in cases that did not originate inside the government.

Why do I bring up these cases and the Constitution? I bring them forward because the judges who challenge Trump, are forgetting that in both cases, they are outside of the SCOTUS' place in all of this. The lawsuits must come from a Federal Agency or a State Court Case, not associated with Federal Government, do not fall under the purview of the Federal Justice system. It is much like the New Case against Trump's payoff behavior that was not breaking any Federal Crime and a State Prosecutor, has no power to try a case under Federal Law in State Courts. There is no "State Court Decision" to be reviewed here. Both Marshall and Story, freeze out the lower State and Federal Judges. This is why Trump pulled back one memo the other day and let the agency head, move forward with DOGE.

All of that means that in end, these judges who are trying to stop Agency heads, using the power of making policy of internal matters and protocols, can't be sued or charged with a crime, unless they are in some way, breaking the Constitution.

Not a surprise, coming from the broken public education system who turns out judges like these.

Keep up the good work sir.

The Judges need to go back to school and stay off the golf courses.
