Greetings, fellow Conspirators! Starting today, I plan on providing you with a weekly Sunday Assembly to honor you, your rights, principles, and history! I hope you find these links valuable, and the brief descriptions/comments worthwhile!

(Breaking: Sunday, 3pm, Eastern US time: Macron to introduce Digital ID in France.)

First up: Biden is paying farmers to NOT FARM, the signup period for it is NOW, and I hear no one really talking about it! This is as dumb as the FDR havoc that was wrought by the Agricultural Adjustment Act, seeing cotton growers burn the plants, but it's happening as Biden squeezes the supply chain inside and on the US border, pushes more cash into the market to jack up our prices, and helps prolong the hardship in Ukraine that will see a huge loss of fertilizer.

USDA Announces Conservation Reserve Program Signups for 2022

USDA Announces Conservation Reserve Program Signups for 2022

“WASHINGTON, April 1, 2022 – The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is announcing the signup period for its Clean Lakes, Estuaries, And Rivers initiative (CLEAR30) — a nationwide opportunity for certain landowners and agricultural producers currently implementing water quality practices through the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) to enroll in 30-year contracts, extending the lifespan ...”

www.fsa.usda.gov

And, this time, it's thanks to their whacked-out Climate Change fears (yeah, we'd hate to have carbon-eating plants growing, if we were to buy into their leitmotif). Here's background, from a lefty source that admired the plan: The Biden administration will pay farmers more money not to farm (thecounter.org)

The Biden administration will pay farmers more money not to farm

“To be clear, conservation is still a good thing, even if it only lasts for 10 years, Schechinger said. But from a climate perspective, plowing up land that has lain fallow for a decade will release a lot of the carbon that was sequestered in the soil. She’d like to see an expansion of the CLEAR30 pilot program, which rents land for 30 years at a time and requires farmers to implement water ...”

And here's the wider scope: Biden administration details plans to conserve 30% of US land and water by 2030 - CNNPolitics

Biden administration details plans to conserve 30% of US land and water by 2030

‘The Biden administration on Thursday outlined in a new report how it aims to achieve its goal of conserving 30% of America's lands and waters by 2030.’

The fundamental precepts stand, and can be explained succinctly: According to THEIR rules (which are FOIST on us without our real consent) the feds have no power to control land other than DC, garrisons, or territories, nor do they have the power to pay people to do things or not do things on their land. The Constitution is clear. These are fever dreams that are causing great harm.

And this is a very good Off-Guardian piece by Kit Knightly. He notes this insane policy as Sign Four: 5 signs they are CREATING a food crisis – OffGuardian (off-guardian.org)

SECOND! I have to hand it to AOC. She was one of only a few Dems or Repubs to actually abide by the Constitution in this vile move:

AOC defends lonely vote against seizing assets of pro-Putin Russian oligarchs (msn.com)

AOC defends lonely vote against seizing assets of pro-Putin Russian oligarchs

“The measure, which calls on President Biden to seize oligarch’s assets that have already been frozen, only targets foreigners, undermining AOC’s argument about its potential use against Americans.”

Really? If the feds don’t conform to their CONstitution here, why would they conform to it when it comes to taking the stuff of Americans? The standard applies, regardless of the nationality of the victim, because the federal government has no constitutional or moral power to do this to ANYONE.

Curiously, she doesn't understand that taxation and "regulation" also are property seizures, as U of Chicago Law prof Richard Epstein has noted...

Yet, Biden still pushes for it (even as he misspeaks like someone kept punching him in the ribs) Ill-BEGOTTEN?

THIRD! Another in the amazing array of SUPPLY CHAIN crimes these people are perpetrating...

Recall the Biden mandate to force freight-lines to shift some of their space to competitors (how do these people keep repeating the same kinds of flagrantly unconstitutional mandates without any reporter calling them on it?) -- well, it seems to be showing the kinds of SMOTHERING OF THE MARKET consequences Reason predicted. If govt restricts what people can do with their own property, they won't have an incentive to use it as much, and there will be a shortage... Here's the original reason piece from a couple weeks ago: Biden Is Poised To Make Freight Trains Less Safe. You Can Thank Special Interests. (reason.com)

CF Industries: Union Pacific Curtails Fertilizer Shipments, Delaying Deliveries and Preventing New Rail Orders from Being Taken

“CF Industries Holdings, Inc. Again, this is the KEY time for fertilizer. I used to spread it around the base of apple trees at the farm stand when I was a teenager:

FIFTH!

Liz hates Elon. Kinda like a perverse reversal of "Joanie Loves Chachi"... But she seems to have no problem with Bezos owning the WaPo or the US government itself engaging in propaganda through the DHS or through. PBS, or NPR, or the Ad Council, or the Portman-Murphy Act, or generally being The Ministry of Truth through the FCC:

Study finds drop in burglaries in areas with higher gun permits

‘The change in crime rates came as a result of the publication of the gun permit-holder database, the researchers noted. As the study focused on Tennessee, the results cannot necessarily be generalized to the rest of the United States, and the researchers also noted that there would be some privacy concerns if the mass publication of gun permit holders and their personal information were released.’

ELEVENTH!
