Centcom initially claimed that the Iranian retaliation did not cause any damage, that US defenses for their proxies in the Middle East were 100% successful. Nope.
But, what of potential harm to civilians? Thus far, Iran has not been as guilty of that as the US and Israel, but this strike in Kuwait, unless the US government was utilizing it, seems to be a civilian target. However, Al Jazeera notes this
