ONE!
Well, as Seymour Hersh predicted, Trump did what he told people he wasn't going to decide for two weeks (actually he said, “WITHIN two weeks” and virtually no one believed Trump was being honest, anyway), he unilaterally ordered US forces to attack three sites in Iran. No Declaration of War from Congress, and lots of civilians targeted. As much as MAGA might want to avoid it, the clarity of those criminal actions is manifest, both for Impeachment and for War Crimes (like so many other Presidents).

Speaker Johnson released a statement that said, in part, that this operation shows that the President "means what he says," but, of course, Trump lied the other day when he implied that he was going to wait two weeks to make a decision, so he does not mean what he says.
Richard Medhurst did a very good job covering the timeline of US breaches of agreements and Israeli aggression that have led to this. LINK!
Scott Horton also spells out the timeline and that the Iranian government actually did and why, going back to 2015. LINK!

Here is the flipside, Trump correctly calling out these two for engaging in more warmongering in Ukraine and what looks a lot like sedition, according to US history.
President Trump warned Senator Lindsey Graham and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo for going to Ukraine and encouraging them to continue fighting Russia.

This is big, and constitutionally correct on numerous levels, beginning, of course, with what the judge does not mention, that the feds are not supposed to police immigration.

Here is another big news story, court-wise, as the court disregards federalism and does not look at the state constitution, but focuses on the US First Amendment. Federalism was supposed to see the state constitutions manage speech and religion laws. As much as I don't want any such statutes, or any state (in the normative sense) at all, this should focus on the state const.

Section EIGHT of the LA const does protect freedom of religion, so no tax cash can be spend on anything religious (or non-religious, actually, since taking money from a religious person actually has an impact on his or her life and earnings, which, in the abstract, can have an effect on how much, or when, or where, or how long, one can engage in a religious practice before having to work more, etc)

This is interesting. But how is it that people become accustomed to the idea that ANYONE deserves to have state forced procure money from others to pay for their medical care?

Stephen King: ‘Real Culprit’ in Minnesota Political Shootings Was ‘The Gun’ - Breitbart News Network
King has long been a gun control advocate. For example, USA Today noted that he released an essay in 2013 written to contend for a ban on “assault weapons.” In that essay, King described himself as a man “with liberal creds” who was taking time to “preach the Gospel of Gun Control.”. On October 27, 2023, King used a New York Times op-ed to say, “When rapid-fire guns are difficult ...

This is an interesting and angering case. Logically, eminent domain is a form of taking, without any trial, which would be prohibited by the 5th, 6th, 8th, and 14th Amendments. But the US Constitution does allow states to take land with "just compensation" an ambiguous, government-defined nonsense term that glosses over the theft. When the SCOTUS released its Kelo decision, they widened the ability of cities and states to take land in order to "expand their tax base" by then handing that land to corporations (it was Pfizer in Kelo). Here, Trump wants the USDA to intervene to stop the eminent domain. That looks unconstitutional. I don't support any of the theft, at any level, including the tax theft to fund the USDA, which is, itself, unconstitutional.
Eminent domain is a power of the government that is enumerated in the U.S. Constitution, but its application has been significantly expanded, improperly according to critics, to include seizures that indirectly benefit the government through increased taxes. “My family sacrificed on this land for 175 years,” Henry added.

Here is another case that should focus on the state constitution, which would lean in favor of the plaintiffs, who claim that the state not treating them to other people's money the way they hand out tax cash so routinely to other students, is unconstitutional. They focus on the wrong constitution, but the principle is the same.

It’s about regime change. The question is, did Trump know that their bombs would not induce that? What about the peaceful nuclear Iranian program? Likely the Iranians took measures many days ago to eliminate high risks of contamination should the US penetrate the nuclear sites. And did the US bombs destroy the nuclear energy sites? We will, of course, discover more, soon.
